Below you can find a new set of safety protocols for our clients and staff.
Please take a few moments to read thoroughly before coming in for your appointment so we can help guide you through how to stay safe in our salon.
Safety Protocols For Clients
All clients will be required to fill out a precautionary evaluation form before coming in for scheduled appointment.
If you have experienced ANY symptoms listed on the evaluation form or if you have been in contact with anyone else that has had symptoms in the past 14 days, you MUST reschedule your appointment until you are proven to be well again.
Please come to your appointment with freshly washed hair. Meaning, the day of your appointment please have clean hair. It does not need to be wet upon arrival.
All clients will be required to bring a mask and be wearing it for the entire duration of the appointment. If you do not have a mask on, we will refuse service. It is required for you to wear a mask that is secured around the ears. Please do not wear a mask that loops around your neck or back of the head. If you are concerned about the mask getting any color or product on it, we suggest wearing a black/dark colored mask, or to wear a disposable one.
No one except the person getting the service done will be allowed in the building. No family or friends please.
Once inside the building, we ask that clients immediately wash hands for minimum of 20 seconds.
Hand sanitizer will also be provided to clients during appointment.
We ask that when you are at the shampoo bowl, or during any face-to-face contact, it is considered a “quiet space.” Limiting the amount of talking while in close proximity helps to protect you and our staff.
We ask that no appointments are paid in cash. We will only be accepting contact-less payment. (credit card on file, Venmo, prepayment, etc.)
If you prefer to opt out of any part of the service to reduce appointment time or to limit contact (shampoo, blow-dry, etc.) please consult your stylist.
