Where should I park?

There is a free parking lot attached to the Metlo building!

*On the off chance that the parking lot is full, there is meter parking located on Broadway & 11th - OR - for longer appointment times there is a paid all day lot located off of 12th & Acoma*

Where is the entrance to the salon?

We are on the FOURTH floor. Take the elevator that is located near the Amethyst Coffee entrance on ground level. OR there are stairs also available. The salon is in UNIT 402.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand unexpected events happen in life. However, that being said, we ask a minimum of 24 hours to cancel an existing appointment. Failure to cancel within that 24 hours is subject to a 50% charge of service that was scheduled.
